CNC Programmer

What You'll Do As a CNC Programmer, you will develop and optimize programs in Mastercam to manufacture parts that meet blueprint specifications. You will program components for CNC verticals, horizontals, 5-axis mills, and cells, reviewing blueprints to establish the most efficient sequence of operations. Daily work will involve programming in Mastercam , updating programs as needed, selecting the correct tooling, and designing fixtures for CNC mill runs. You will produce detailed setup sheets for operators, determine material requirements, and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure availability. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll work closely with the CAD department, machine operators, and management to refine products and address production needs. You will also review and prioritize new jobs to maintain an efficient workflow.
