As a per diem Occupational Therapist you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life by developing personalized rehabilitation plans for those with mental, developmental, or physical challenges. You will collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to deliver safe and effective patient centered care tailored to each individual's needs. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact while applying your clinical expertise and tech-savvy documentation skills.

Location : Wilson Health

Schedule : This per diem, nonexempt position can work up to 19 hours / week, providing coverage as needed for PTO or additional staffing, with a minimum of 4 hours / month.

Rehab Department Hours : Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-6 : 30PM. Saturday and Sunday are on an on-call, as needed, basis. The Rehab Department utilizes Meditech and Maestro software systems.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or School of Occupational Therapy
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing (or eligibility)

The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
