A leading commercial painting contractor in the Euless, TX area is seeking an experienced and detail oriented High Level Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large scale commercial painting projects, covering both interior and exterior scopes. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will work closely with project managers, general contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure precise bids and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for commercial painting projects, including takeoffs, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and addenda to determine painting scope, surface conditions, and special requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from paint suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to assess project conditions, access, and potential challenges.
