Facilities Director - financial portfolio

Lead our North American facilities management team delivering maintenance and soft services while overseeing engineering operations critical systems and business activities.

Youll develop a large geographically diverse team while managing client relationships and driving strategic initiatives. This leadership role requires exceptional communication skills to deliver service excellence and process improvements across building operations contracts finances and team management.

Must be able to work from our clients facility in either New York (NY) Plano (TX) McLean (VA) or Richmond (VA).

Here is some of what your day will look like :

Service Delivery

• Manage the delivery of all Facilities and Engineering Services to the portfolio per all agreed policies procedures and contract scope. This includes interfacing with Call Center CMMS Facility Management Supply Chain Management Engineering Energy & Sustainability Project Development Services (PDS) Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) Technology and Finance teams on special projects including enhancement opportunities and process improvements.
• Manage regional team members at a management level to ensure the performance of their teams as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities and address issues or escalations.
• Manage vendor performance ensuring services are delivered per the contract and to agreed standards.
• Drive initiatives such as savings programs benchmarking best practices and continuous improvement as well as thought leadership engagements.
• Ensure all account-level KPI / SLA targets are achieved.
• Maintain adherence to all account governance processes partner with the Account Director and client on account governance evolution.
• Leverages the JLL IFM / Engineering platforms and COEs as well as the FS Vertical through regional IFM networks JLLs innovation and best practice sharing program (Idea Stream) to provide improved IFM / Engineering services aligned with the account plan goals and objectives.
• Advocates diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Complies with client-specific and JLL accounting / contracting practices policies and procedures including but not limited to ethics and business practices.

Pay $00 with a 25% targeted bonus of the annual salary.

Estimated compensation for this position :

175000..00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
