job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCompetitive pay range of $26.10 - $39.15 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Attractive sign-on bonuses : $10,000 for distant relocations and $2,000 for PM shifts. Maintain a clean and safe operating environment while utilizing aseptic techniques during surgical procedures. Prepare the surgical area and anticipate the needs of the surgeons and surgical teams. Assist with patient positioning and transporting duties, ensuring proper lifting techniques. Communicate effectively with the surgical team regarding equipment and supply issues. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 6 months. No prior experience required, making it ideal for recent graduates! Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment while lifting, carrying, and transferring patients as needed. Exposure to various hazards, including chemicals and bodily fluids, is expected.
