Salary & Total Compensation

Monolingual SLPs : $65,000–$82,000.

Bilingual SLPs : $68,000–$85,000.

With performance bonuses + benefits, most SLPs reach a six-figure total compensation package!

PLUS a $5,000 sign-on / relocation bonus !

Position Highlights :

• Location : Humble, TX (full-time).
• Part of a respected, multi-location pediatric therapy group.
• Caseload : Mild–severe disorders including ASD, developmental delays, syndromes, receptive / expressive delays.
• Ages range from birth through middle school.
• Team-based , collaborative treatment model.
• CCC required , but strong CFs with pediatric clinicals will be considered.
• Flexible scheduling : choose 4 or 5 days / week.
• Must be available two evenings per week for parent-friendly scheduling.
• Quarterly performance incentives & bonuses.
