Business Development Manager
This role leads a team focused on driving strategic growth and operational excellence across the registered investment advisory and broker / dealer businesses. It builds strong partnerships with Financial Representatives, Financial Advisors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support advisor engagement, platform development, and field communications. The position oversees program offerings, ensures regulatory and compliance alignment, and contributes to marketing, training, and recruiting initiatives. It also sponsors key field events and advisory councils, playing a central role in executing business strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
