We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager who is ready to take our AR team and processes to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive innovation, build meaningful cross-functional partnerships, and create clarity and accountability in a critical business function.
What You’ll Do :
Lead with Accountability & Clarity
- Set clear goals for the AR team and hold yourself and others accountable for results
- Guide the team through ambiguity and change while maintaining high morale and strong performance
- Deliver on monthly and annual AR goals with confidence and integrity
Develop People & Build Culture
Recognize the unique strengths and needs of each team member to foster individual growth and engagementProactively identify and address barriers to positivity, productivity, and team cohesionBuild a strong, inclusive team culture rooted in trust, accountability, and mutual respectDrive Innovation & Process Improvement

By the end of your first year, you will have :
Met or exceeded key AR performance goalsEstablished and implemented processes that improve billing efficiency and reduce receivables riskBuilt strong, collaborative relationships across Finance, Sales, and Customer SuccessIdentified key upstream issues affecting AR and created action plans to address themElevated team engagement and individual development through thoughtful leadershipWhat You Bring :
