Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Capture Efforts : Manage and coordinate cross-functional capture teams, contributing to the identification and pursuit of high-value federal IT and defense opportunities.
• Capture & Proposal Management : Develop and execute capture strategies, contribute to proposal content, and ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
• Account & Growth Support : Collaborate with account teams to support long-term growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and expand client relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients as assigned, supporting relationship building and communications.
• Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights : Conduct detailed research on competitors, market trends, and customer priorities to inform capture strategies.
• Partnerships & Alliances : Assist in managing strategic relationships with partners or subcontractors to strengthen capture efforts.

Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.

Secret Security Clearance.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. A master’s degree in business, public administration, public policy, or relevant field (preferred).

Clearance : Due to federal contract requirements, U.S. citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Location : Hybrid (1 Day per week in our Sterling, VA HQ)
