The Staff TA Ops Specialist role is responsible for leading sophisticated projects and programs that transform Talent Acquisition (TA) operations through AI-powered tools, data intelligence, and process innovation. The focus is on enabling scalable recruiting workflows supported by technology and delivering actionable insights aligned with organizational goals. You will handle end-to-end project executionplanning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress from initiation through delivery, while collaborating across teams and regions. The role may involve engaging external vendors and collaboration with technical partners, but its primary emphasis is on data analysis, visualization & insights, strategic program management, and operational excellence.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is :
$107,000.00 - $241,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
