Process Engineer - Metal Fabrication

Our client is seeking a dedicated expert to evaluate and optimize their roll-forming manufacturing systems. This role involves hands-on engineering to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve sustainability. Looking for someone with metal fabrication or roll forming or metal forming or bending or stamping related manufacturing processes.

• Identify and procure necessary tooling for roll-forming operations.
• Analyze and resolve issues with existing tooling and processes.
• Provide engineering support and training for operations and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Design, fabricate, assemble, and maintain high-precision machines used in roll forming, stamping, and die-making.
• Research new materials and processing methods, with a focus on metallurgy and materials behavior.
• Implement machine and process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as required to support company objectives.
