About the Role

The Project Intake Consultant supports the Director of Strategy in delivering high-impact strategic RevOps engagements for our end clients. This person will be responsible for evaluating, scoping, processing, and managing new project requests by assessing their technical feasibility, strategic alignment, and facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders. This client-facing role combines strong organizational skills, project management, and the ability to clearly translate complex business challenges into actionable, strategic solutions.

What You'll Do

Client Strategy & Support

• Meet with clients to gather requirements, present recommendations, and capture strategic business and RevOps technology needs.
• Evaluate current business operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to increase cost-effectiveness and performance.
• Translate client business objectives into strategic HubSpot and RevOps roadmaps with consideration to existing client systems and integrations.
• Prepare strategy deliverables such as process maps, audits, gap analyses, and user stories.
• Update dashboards, workflows, and reports; provide regular reports on strategy, risks, and issues to executive leadership.
