• Location : Salt Lake City, UT
• Duration : ASAP Ongoing until permanent provider is hired (potential for conversion to permanent)
• Schedule : call coverage per your availability

2-4 weekends per month, Friday 7p Monday 7a.

Occasional weeknight call coverage 7p-7a.
