job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonThur : 3 PM8 PM Sat / Sun : 11 AM2 PM Conduct free assessments for prospective students / families Convert free assessments into paying customers Teach / tutor in-center, online delivery using the Mathnasium Method Cultivate a clean, nurturing, passionate and fun environment for our families and staff by providing a white-glove customer experience Lead and inspire employees to adopt workplace culture Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Oversee students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes Math proficiency Sales experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation to and from center locations Exceptional customer, interpersonal and organizational skills Willingness to learn and be trained Willingness to develop leadership abilities Ability to balance various ongoing tasks Proficiency in computer skills All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
