Pediatrician - Newport & Covington, Kentucky

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our growing care team serving the families of Newport and Covington, KY. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality pediatric care with competitive compensation, strong benefits, and long-term incentives.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Salary Compensation : $280,000 annually (includes base, production, and quality bonuses)
  • Production Bonus : $40 per encounter starting at 321 encounters per month
  • Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)
  • Retention Bonus : $8,000 after 2 & 3 years; $8,500 after 5 & 7 years; $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter
  • Relocation Reimbursement : Up to $3,000
  • Loan Repayment : NHSC eligibility

Schedule & Workload

  • Hours : 36 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
  • Monday : 8 : 30 AM - 6 : 40 PM
  • Wednesday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 50 PM
  • Thursday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 50 PM
  • Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 50 PM
  • Lunch Break : 30 minutes daily
  • Production Requirements : 24-30 visits per day
  • Call Rotation : Backup call only, typically 1 in 5 weeks

  • CME & License Fees : Up to $4,600 annually

    • 100% match on first 3% of income

  • 50% match on next 2%
  • Immediate vesting (Safe Harbor Plan)
