Crouse’s Information Technology team is hiring a Systems Programmer - Telecommunications who is responsiblefor installation, security and support of sub-system hardware and software on telecom platforms with an emphasis on communications components

Schedule : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Systems Programmer - Telecommunications Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the installation and support of new sub-system telecom related hardware, software and configurations
• Maintain and support of existing sub-system telecom related hardware, software and configurations
• Perform system problem resolution as necessary to maintain system availability and reliability
• Perform analysis functions related to the efficiency of the open system hardware and software environment used at Crouse Hospital. Research, track and make necessary changes for system improvements.
• Supports Crouse Hospital’s Pager Program including; pager distribution, service requests, ordering, documentation and provides monthly billing reports
