Responsibilities :
Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion.
Input invoice details into the billing system while maintaining precision in data entry.
Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor costs with customer services for accurate billing and revenue recognition.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies by working closely with relevant departments.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of vendor files and documentation.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from vendors.
Assist the finance team with administrative tasks to support overall operations.
Follow company policies and procedures related to accounts payable and billing processes.
Fluency in French, both written and verbal, is required for at least one of the positions.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle large volumes of work efficiently.
Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to team growth.
