Responsibilities :

  • Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion.
  • Input invoice details into the billing system while maintaining precision in data entry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor costs with customer services for accurate billing and revenue recognition.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies by working closely with relevant departments.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of vendor files and documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from vendors.
  • Assist the finance team with administrative tasks to support overall operations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to accounts payable and billing processes.
  • Fluency in French, both written and verbal, is required for at least one of the positions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle large volumes of work efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to team growth.
