Job Overview : Provides loan workout alternatives to aid borrowers while reviewing bank, investor and regulatory guidelines to ensure the account is serviced according to policy.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for :
Assisting borrowers that are delinquent to bring their loan current through a loss mitigation program.
Advise borrowers of the programs available based on the loan investor.
Collect required documentation from borrower as outlined by investor.
Analyze the financial condition of borrowers in hardship to determine a usable workout solution that will benefit Fidelity, investors and MI companies.
Requirements for the position include :
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
Strong oral and written interpersonal communication skills
The ability to organize and maintain account records
Basic computer skills
Ability to work flexible and / or late hours
Preferred qualifications for this position include :
Two years’ experience in loan servicing or loan origination
Working knowledge of investors, agency or regulatory guidelines as it relates to mortgage loans
