What Youll Do

Training Maintenance

• Administer classroom virtual and web-based courses using COTS customized or agency-developed materials.
• Deliver live instructor-led training in both traditional and virtual environments.
• Develop course materials handouts instructor guides and visual aids.
• Support distance learning through online courses mobile learning webcasts podcasts and video-based training.
• Manage the agencys Learning Management System (LMS) : upload content maintain modules and ensure Section 508 compliance.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and analytics; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate logistics for instructor-led and virtual sessions including scheduling and prerequisite tracking.
• Provide technical support and customer service for training participants.
