Senior Technical Business Analyst- Web Analyst- Contract

The Senior Technical Business Analyst - Contract is responsible for coordinating with the development team to deliver projects on-time and on-budget. This individual needs to be driven willing to learn and is not afraid of taking responsibilities. The position is initially for 12 months and extendable.

This is a remote position. The individual must be able to work independently.

Job Functions

• Manages the execution of multiple digital projects in tandem from start to finish.
• Be comfortable leading projects across a variety of services including website design & development web content management social media eCommerce and digital strategy.
• Collaborates and coordinates on required testing / validation of system modifications including creating test cases as needed.
• Ensures issues are identified tracked reported analyzed and resolved in a timely manner and determines if escalation is required while retaining ownership throughout.
• Complete documentation for project development efforts (including use cases requirements test plans and process maps) and work closely with development team and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to resolve solution vs. requirements conflicts.
• Supports the project lead to identify best practices for project requirements estimations and timelines.
• Able to provide guidance to junior employees.
• Understand our technology stack and ensure that it aligns to our clients needs.
• Research new technology.
