job_description.job_card.job_descriptionServe as the primary HR point of contact for physicians, providing support across all areas of the employee lifecycle Manage complex employee relations issues with discretion, consistency, and alignment to company policy and best practices Partner with leadership to support physician engagement, retention strategies, and performance management initiatives Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment laws specific to the physician workforce Provide generalist HR support including onboarding, training, leave management, and offboarding processes Collaborate with compensation and finance teams to analyze and support physician compensation structures Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance HR service delivery within the clinical and physician environment Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, certifications, and licensure requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred) Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong generalist background Direct experience supporting physicians Solid understanding of employee relations and compensation principles Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Polished, professional demeanor with the ability to work with high-level clinical and administrative stakeholders Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
