Make a difference as a Resident Care Assistant

As a new Resident Care Assistant at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, MA, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties include helping residents with grooming, meals, and medication reminders, as well as engaging them in social activities to promote a sense of community within our assisted living facility. You will work closely with the nursing staff to monitor residents' health and report any changes in their condition promptly.

Are you the Resident Care Assistant we're looking for?

To excel as a Resident Care Assistant at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, MA, you must possess a valid HHA certificate, CNA certificate, or license, and a PCA certificate.
