Project Manager

Project Manager Location : Arlington, VA Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Description : Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact for the client responsible for executing Task Order requests and managing program delivery, and act as a liaison between the client and support services. Provide advisory support for complex challenges. Help coordinate teams of architects, analysts, developers, and designers to support multiple workstreams. Advise and engage the client on key operational and strategic priorities, track, and support. Completion of high-quality deliverables and assist with team management tasks. Organizes, plans, directs, staffs, and coordinates contract and subcontract activities as the authorized interface with the oversight manager, technical monitor. Qualifications : Shall be responsible for all reporting (such as SLAs, financial reporting, personnel), initiate onboarding, offboarding process, and supervision of contractor personnel. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage coordination with cross- functional teams. 4+ years experience in this role and certifications in, Project Management, Scrum and DevOPS frameworks. ServiceNow Micro Certifications in Performance Analytics, Project Portfolio Management, Agile, and Test Management. A minimum of three years demonstrated experience in leading ServiceNow implementations. Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data integrity, reporting,capability, and process efficiency. Compensation and Benefits : Salary Range : $130,000-160,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
