We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Controller. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is eager to contribute to the standardization and optimization of financial processes following a recent implementation. The Controller will report directly to the Controller and play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full implementation of new accounting software, including data migration, system setup, and end-to-end testing.

Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Evaluate current accounting workflows and recommend process enhancements to improve system efficiency and usability.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data throughout the migration and post-implementation phases.

Develop and maintain documentation for new procedures, internal controls, and user training materials.

Deliver training and ongoing support to accounting staff and other system users.

Support the accounting team during the transition period with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and software support teams to resolve them promptly.
