A well-established company that truly values its employees is seeking a Financial Planning Coordinator in the Del Mar area.

In this role, the Financial Planning Coordinator will support the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis by preparing board materials, investor presentations, annual budgets, and corporate guidelines. The position is also responsible for updating and maintaining Argus property-level models for all leasing activity, along with other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including expertise in building complex financial models
• Experience in real estate, financial planning & analysis, or corporate finance
