As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge, creating genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations, driving rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out, supporting product replenishment activities and maintaining brand standards to keep the store full and abundant, assisting with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed, and consistently providing the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications include thriving in a customer-first based retail environment, demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment, effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly, and the ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
