Extrusion Machine Operator

As an extrusion machine operator, you will be responsible for operating one of the eight extruders on the floor. The role involves setting up the machine up to five times a day, monitoring and maintaining it during operation, and a mix of standing and sitting tasks. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train in spooling and shipping.

Hours

Monday-Thursday, 7 am to 7 pm

Work Environment

The work environment is a well-maintained and pleasant shop, though not temperature-controlled, which can lead to warmer conditions in the summer. The facility includes a break room and offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work up to 60 hours per week, or a standard 40-hour week if preferred. The Friday shift is encouraged but not mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 / hr.
