We have an incredible opportunity for a Health Services Coordinator to join our amazing team! This is a great way to build your career and provide Director and Supervisor with a full range of administrative support as a member of our incredible Health Services Team!
Our Resident Service Coordinators :
- Assist with management of resident medical records including data collection and entry of resident information, ensuring new resident admissions are thorough and completed in the required timeline.
- Assist with budget management (for example : credit card reconciliation, month-end spenddown, receiving and processing invoices, etc.)
- Develop and grow a network of contacts with service providers and agencies for resident referrals.
- Coordinate with residents / families to ensure residents have needed supplies (for example : incontinence products, clothing, etc.)
- Assist Director in coordination of care conferences, assessments, and services plans.
- Assist in management of iAlert system (for example : activating new pendants, running reports, troubleshooting)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed!
High school diploma or equivalent.General knowledge of Medical TerminologyMinimum of one () year experience as an Administrative Assistant in a physician’s office or in a similar position supporting a Nurse Manager in a Clinical Setting.Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams).Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills
