Applicants for the Vice President of Bank Operations role at the company should have a Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with at least 7 years' in banking or financial operations. Expertise in regulatory compliance, particularly with OCC standards, and a strong knowledge of commercial loan operations, servicing, and processing are essential.
