What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of dispatching experience (bonus points if it’s in plumbing or trades).

Legendary organization skills — you live by your calendar and love a good checklist.

Comfort using computer systems to track calls and customer info.

A sharp eye for detail and a habit of following through.

Excellent math, communication, and people skills — because you’ll be connecting with customers and coworkers every day.
