Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate creative and experiencedLead Pre-Kindergarten Teacherto join our dedicated early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development possess strong classroom management skills and foster a warm engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with early learning standards.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports childrens social emotional cognitive and physical development.
• Assess and document childrens progress through observations portfolios and parent-teacher conferences.
• Build strong partnerships with families through ongoing communication and collaboration.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides.
• Ensure the health safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Maintain compliance with New Jersey Department of Children and Families Office of Licensing (DCF OOL) and New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) regulations.
