Role Overview :
The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to execution. This role requires strong communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments with confidence and clarity.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining key client relationships, managing client feedback and addressing challenges proactively, and ensuring that deliverables remain on track.This includes overseeing production timelines, coordinating internal workflows, and facilitating consistent, effective communication between the client and agency teams.
Success in this role means having a strong understanding of social media, digital production from content strategy to execution. It's a hands-on position that blends account and project management, with close collaboration alongside the client's internal team to deliver smart, impactful work aligned with their business objectives

The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
Please note that compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to local salary transparency laws.
Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
