Valley Fitness – Modesto in Modesto, CA is seeking a passionate and reliable Assistant Coach to support our Head Coach in leading dynamic group fitness classes.

In this role, you’ll design personalized training programs, lead engaging group sessions, and foster an encouraging, team-oriented environment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18–$20 , reflecting the value we place on your expertise and commitment.

Compensation : $18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement fitness training programs for clients.
• Monitor and track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Ensure all fitness equipment is well-maintained and in working order.
