Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Medical- Surgical team on a Full-Time basis.

The registered nurse position is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in assigned units. The RN maintains accountability for their own practice and delegates / provides direction to other nursing personnel in the unit in accordance with their level of experience and expertise.

Essential Functions :

• Ability to perform essential functions of a Registered Nurse including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, and evaluation
• Effectively enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing practices
• Maintains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practices
• Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues
• Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice
• Integrates research findings into clinical practice
