The Handyman will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of various properties. This position requires a versatile individual who can perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety.

The Handyman will be responsible for addressing both routine and emergency maintenance requests, providing timely solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with other team members and contractors to complete larger projects, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule. Ultimately, the Handyman will contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for all occupants and visitors.

Your Responsibilities :

Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician

Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate tools safety

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong skill set in various maintenance tasks.

Certification in a relevant trade or completion of a vocational training program related to handyman services.

Skills

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
