The role requires expertise in critical care for adult patients. The unit has 8 beds and a staff of 25. Patient ratios are typically 2 : 1 or 1 : 1. Equipment includes GE bedside monitors, Alaris IV pumps, and more. The typical procedures performed include central line and chest tube insertion, bronchoscopies, tracheostomies, and intubation. Candidates should be team players with a positive attitude. Adaptability is essential for this role. The dress code requires navy scrubs.
