Job Title : CMM Programmer

Pay : $35 $50 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : 1st Shift 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Position Overview :

Were seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our quality team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PC-DMIS and either a Romer or Faro Arm along with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and AS9100 quality standards .

Key Responsibilities :

Program set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS software

Perform first article in-process and final inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with customer and AS9100 requirements

Utilize portable measurement systems (Romer or Faro Arm) for on-machine or large-part inspection

Analyze blueprints GD&T and technical specifications to develop accurate inspection plans

Identify document and communicate nonconformances to production and engineering teams

Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability in accordance with AS9100 standards

Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to continuously improve inspection processes

Qualifications :

3 years of experience as a CMM Programmer in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment

Proficiency with PC-DMIS software (required)

Experience with Romer or Faro Arm (preferred)

Strong understanding of GD&T AS9100 and aerospace documentation practices

Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
