Senior Business Development

If the answer is yes, then we are looking for you. We are hiring Business Development personnel to grow our Logistics, Environmental and Culinary services & capabilities in Houston. Successful candidate will attract new clients and will nourish & build stronger relationships with existing clients in the Texas and Gulf Coast Region.
Key responsibilities include :
- Field support for BD team members
- Reviewing and reporting on KPI's
- Organizing key events
- Leading weekly sales team call
- Research, analysis and understanding of competitor products, activities, and market share
- Actively prospecting into ideal target companies identifying the best opportunities
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate virtual and on-site meetings / presentations
- Mastering Cotton's capabilities and aligning them with client needs; attending and representing Cotton at industry events and trade exhibitions
- Generating new leads, researching potential clients and their requirements that will develop into opportunity closure
- Keeping an open line of communication and constant networking with the client or sales marketing team
- Utilizing all marketing tools to promote and increase revenue; creating engaging presentations
- Communicating and ensuring "Cotton" is always being presented with integrity
- Maintaining strong customer relationship; ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service
Skills, knowledge, and expertise :
Education : Marketing / Business degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience :
7-15 years proven sales and account management experienceExperience in Temporary Office Rental, Environmental clean-up or Culinary sales (Business Dining, Corporation Catering, Emergency Response, Event Planning etc.) preferredExperienced cold calling, creating, and following leadsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailStrong work ethic, resilience, grit, and driveProficient user of MS Office, ERP, and CRM systemsTWIC CardPassport preferredKnowledge and skills :
Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally as business need requiresAbility to communicate effectively face to face, telephone, and via video telecommunicationsMust be able to drive a vehicle and provide a good driving recordStrong presentation and negotiation skillsBenefits :
