Key Responsibilities

Assist callers with scheduling appointments and preparing for their first visit
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience in a customer service role preferred
Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently
Calm demeanor in stressful situations
Familiarity with healthcare services is a plus
