WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As you step into your role as the Orthodontic Receptionist, your day unfolds with the warm ringing of patient phone calls, each one an opportunity to welcome someone new or assist returning patients with their needs. You skillfully schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that every visit runs smoothly while verifying insurance benefits to provide clarity and reassurance to families. Meeting new patients and their families for their initial visits is a highlight, as you explain the treatment options recommended by the doctor and present treatment fees and insurance coverage with transparency and care. Throughout the day, you maintain seamless communication with referring doctors and their practices, building strong relationships that enhance patient care. You help with the practice's marketing and social media, sharing positive experiences that highlight the welcoming atmosphere of the Wheaton and Naperville locations, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
