Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Behavioral Health Operations Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Legacy standards
• Address patient complaints and enhance patient services
• Provide ongoing training and orientation for Behavioral Health representatives
• Supervise day-to-day activities of Behavioral Health Reps I and II
• Manage and route faxes, maintain call logs, and ensure prompt patient follow-up
• Conduct performance reviews and approve timesheets for BH Reps
• Manage medication samples and attend professional development conferences
• Ensure safety and compliance with Legacy's protocols and procedures
• Support cross-coverage and travel to other locations as needed
• Promote a respectful and courteous environment for all patients and staff
