Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Contracts Professional Level 2 (Contracts Administrator) to join its team of qualified and diverse individuals supporting our Strike Division. This position will be located on-site at the Melbourne, FL offices.
This position may be hired at a Level 2 and will follow our 9 / 80 schedule. This schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. The Contract Administrator is responsible for administering, extending, negotiating and terminating standard and nonstandard contracts. The team member will also support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. As an embedded member of the contracts team, this team member will support a major program or division.

Salary Range : $63,800.00 - $95,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
