About this Position

Student Ambassadors enhance student service by providing basic information regarding transcripts registration student records graduation etc. and assisting the Registrar team with student records maintenance tasks Primary duties involve assistance with academic records maintenance projects and answering student inquiries.

Essential Job Functions :

• Assist with student records maintenance tasks including entry of academic credit earned via CLEP or other credit by exam clean-up of transfer catalog data and other student records updates as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and observe policies related to student privacy (FERPA).
• Assist students with inquires related to transcripts registration student records graduation etc. and other student services.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
