We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Clerk to join our team. The Data Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various data-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities :

Input, update, and maintain data in the company's database and other data management systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries and make corrections as necessary.
Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of data for various projects and reports.
Generate and prepare reports as required by management or other departments.
Collaborate with team members to identify data discrepancies and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with data management policies and procedures.
Respond to data-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.

Proficient in data entry and data management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database management systems).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting is a plus.

The pay range for this role is :

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Orem, Utah, US))
