OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oilfield Sales Manager to lead sales efforts forour high-performance product lines, including chemical EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) and productionenhancement agents, rod pumps and pump barrels, and beam pumping units. This role offers acompetitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. Candidates based in Texas arepreferred, though qualified remote applicants will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell chemical EOR and production enhancement products.Sell rod pumps, pump barrels, and beam pumping units to oilfield clients.Develop, manage, and grow accounts including oil companies, operators, and service crews.Conduct well-site visits to evaluate conditions and recommend appropriate technical solutions.Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and quoting to negotiation, contract execution,and payment follow-up.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while driving market growth and repeatbusiness.RequirementsPrior experience in the oilfield industry is required.Background in chemical EOR, rod pumps, pump barrels, or beam pumping units is strongly preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.Highly motivated, diligent, and capable of performing oilfield fieldwork as needed.Ability to operate independently in the market; an existing customer network is an advantage.
