Technical Account Manager - Massachusetts
We are seeking a competitive and highly motivated sales individual to expand our team in the New England Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the relationship we currently have with key customers as well as attracting new customers to the Kelvin Group offerings. This position will provide exposure to all the Kelvin Business Units Nationally and has a significant sales incentive package.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the value of the highly skilled labor force that Kelvin provides in five key areas : (1) Annual Planned Maintenance Agreements, (2) Emergency repairs, (3) System retrofits and upgrade, (4) Engineering & Design, & (5) Project Management.
- Develop estimates and proposals in accordance with the company's Delegation of Authority (DOA).
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) software in a disciplined manner to maintain a multistage funnel capable of delivering sales targets.
- Develop customer visit schedule and meet with existing customers on routine basis. Coordinate with service team to be at customer site when technicians are providing services.
- Assist in the development of a list of target service accounts to bring in new customers.
- Attend local and regional association meetings to build brand awareness.
- Resolve service customer problems or issues. It is imperative that both the sales and field areas of the service department work with one mission / direction and that our customers see and believe in our commitment to providing them with the finest refrigeration services in a prompt, efficient and value driven manner.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Candidate must have worked in an industrial service or sales role for 5+ years. An education in HVAC / R or Industrial refrigeration is a plus. The individual should have strong technical and mechanical knowledge and should also possess problem solving skills to identify client issues that Kelvin can solve.
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling to industrial clients.Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
