We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives and client acquisition strategies. This role will work closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and help drive operational efficiency in our outreach and partnership processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Conduct market research to support business strategy and lead generation
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on client interactions and pipeline activity
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications with prospects
Support proposal development and assist in drafting business communications
Help manage CRM updates and documentation of business development efforts
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on client goals and deliverables
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a business development, sales, or administrative support role
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
