Key Responsibilities Lead career development training sessions and provide professional development coaching to learners Manage learner performance, attendance, and data management in CRM systems Assist individuals in planning their career paths and provide ongoing career advisement Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or job readiness coaching Experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, or adult learning in the tech sector is a plus Demonstrated experience in adult classroom training and understanding of instructional principles Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
