Capgemini Invent - Finance Transformation Technology Consultant

Strategy & Transformation | Digital Core Finance

We need a Director who has knowledge and experience in transformation and improvement initiatives with a focus on corporate experience. You'll have a history of successful operating model design, strategy, process improvement, business case development and projects that have involved improved operations across people, process, technology, and data. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading teams in strategy and transformation engagements.

What you'll do :

• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.
• Shape and stand up Transformation Offices that can serve as a control tower over multiple programs.
• Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core.
• Optimize functional performance across organization, process & technology.
• Design and transition clients to new operating models.
• Lead and manage cross functional teams located locally and virtually.
• Identify and develop opportunities at clients to enhance Capgemini's value offer.
