Position Overview :

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of our property management team. You’ll guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to signed lease, while maintaining strong relationships with current residents and supporting property marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist prospective tenants with tours and leasing information

Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Conduct property showings and explain leasing terms and amenities

Process rental applications and coordinate background checks

Prepare lease agreements and related documents

Support marketing efforts through social media, online listings, and community outreach

Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and tenant communications

Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure tenant satisfaction

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)

Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency with leasing software and Microsoft Office

Highly organized with attention to detail

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
